Just wake up in the morning, shake off the sleepiness and lethargy, and work zealously towards something you desire.
If “coffee” is not your thing, it can be substituted with anything that helps us get out of being stationary. It can be music, exercise or even breakfast. What is essential is the second part: the goal. We must push forward knowing what we want to achieve, both immediately and also down the line.
When we do this everyday for the rest of our lives, we are guaranteed to eventually effect the betterment of ourselves and the betterment of everyone around us.
Coffee and a goal. That’s all we need.
