We humans are creatures of habit. We will usually keep on doing what we do until something hurts us, or until something motivates us to change direction.
What is dangerous is when we are going in the wrong direction already, but we do not feel any major pain or any major motivation to change. Because of the lack of stimulus, we may keep on treading a path that will inevitably lead to something negative down the line.
What we need to occasionally do is take pause and see where we are going. We must take note of the habits we have, and meticulously arrange them, one by one, in order to ensure that the path we take leads us to somewhere positive.
This week, take a few moments to pause from the routine, and make some adjustments towards the positive outcome that you seek.
